Very is proud to have partnered with MTR on the Trade-in service, making it super simple for you to get money for your old device.
1. Click the 'Get a quote' button above and you'll be taken to MTR's external portal to find out how much your old device is worth. Simply answer a few easy questions on the condition of your old device to find out how much you'll receive.
2. If you're happy to go ahead with the quoted price, you'll be sent a Trade-in pack which contains everything you need to package and send your old device. Alternatively, you can print off a label at home and parcel it up yourself. Whatever option you choose, there's free postage on all Trade-ins.
3. Once your device arrives at MTR, it'll be checked over to make sure everything matches your description. All being well, the money will be transferred straight into your bank account that same day.

Free postage and returns
Sending your old device for Trade-in is completely free, and you won't have to pay any postage. Should there be a problem with your device, it'll be sent back to you free of charge.
FAQs
How do I send my device?
When you've received your Trade-in quote and decide to proceed with MTR, you can ask for a Trade-in pack which contains everything you need to parcel your device up: a confirmation letter, jiffy bag and returns label. This will be sent over to you the same day you request it. Alternatively, you can package up your device yourself at home and print off your own returns label. Either way, postage is completely free.
Can I track my order?
Once you've placed your order with MTR you'll receive an order number, and you'll receive updates by email at every stage of the process. Your returns label will also have a tracking number so you can check on the status of your shipment at any time.
How long will it take to receive my money?
As long as the condition of device is as you described it, payment will be made to your bank account the same day it reaches MTR.
Do I need to send the device back with original packaging or accessories?
No - you just need to send the actual device to receive your payment. However if you have any accessories (charger, headphones) or packaging you want to get rid of, you can also include them for recycling.
Does my old device need to be in working condition?
No - you can Trade-in devices that are faulty. Just make sure you describe it accurately when filling in your details on the MTR site.
What happens if my device isn't as I described?
If it's found that your device doesn't match up to your description, it'll be reevaluated and you'll be sent a new price quote by email. You can then either accept this new price or reject it. If you reject it your device will be sent back to you, free of charge.
What happens to my old device?
All devices that are traded in are kept away from landfill and are reused where possible or recycled if repair isn't an option.
