My vacuum cuts out during use
Here are a few things you can try:

Check there are no blockages within the vacuum that could restrict the air flow to the motor. If the motor overheats it will cut out. This is called thermal cut-out and it will automatically reset 30 minutes after the motor has cooled down.
-
Check all filters are clean and correctly fitted.
-
Check the dust bag or bin is clear and correctly fitted.
-
Check the vacuum hose and pipes to ensure there are no blockages.
-
Use your user manual for instructions on correct filter maintenance, filter locations and how to clean. Also check the instructions on how to clean and replace the dust bag or dust bin.
My vacuum cleaner has loss of suction
Try cleaning or replacing the filters (there maybe more than one filter so check your user manual for filter locations).
Empty or replace your dust bag if full (for spare parts refer to the Helpline within the user manual).
If your dust bag has split, it will need replacing (for spare parts refer to Helpline within the user manual).
Empty dust bin if it's full.
Check the hose and cleaning tubes for any blockages such as small objects or items of clothing and remove if necessary.
Try removing and refitting the dust bin, checking that it is seated flush and in line with the rest of the machine and that all seals filters are in place between the bin and the machine.
Check that the sole plate is seated firmly and flush with the base of the machine. This could have been incorrectly fitted after changing the belt.
My suction is good but it's not picking up
Try tilting the floorhead to check beater bar is rotating properly.
Pull the upright handle back and switch the machine on. If the beater bar doesn't rotate check the beater bar function is on.
Your belt drive may have snapped so check and replace belt if necessary (for spare parts refer to Helpline within the user manual).
If the beater bar is clogged with hair or cotton, remove any debris.
Beater bar bristles can wear out so you may need to replace the beater bar (for spare parts refer to Helpline within the user manual).
My battery performance is poor
If your vacuum runs for less than 10 minutes and cuts out, check you don't have the vacuum set in the Max / Boost mode. Using the vacuum in Max/Boost mode will run the battery down quickly.

Is a five point harness better than a three on a infant carrier?
In a rearward facing car seat both 3 point and 5 point harnesses can be used and it makes no difference to performance. For forward facing car seats only 5 point harnesses can be used. Infant carriers are always rearward facing. Always ensure that the harness is properly secured and fits your child snugly.
Where should the shield be positioned on my child?
The shield is guided into place and there may be some small adjustments necessary to ensure that it is positioned across the child's pelvis.
If my car seat has been dropped, is it safe to use?
Where there is any visible damage it should definitely not be used. Any increase in the flexibility of the car seat will almost certainly mean that it has sustained damage.
My stroller is making a clicking noise when pushed
First, check that the brake lever is fully off. If it is not fully engaged it can catch against the wheel when in motion.
Next, check the brake cable (if your stroller has one). Tighten it if necessary, until the brake stops knocking.
Finally, check all the brake's screws and bolts and ensure that the wheel's axle bolts are secure, tightening any that are loose.
Always contact a professional or the manufacturer if a mechanical fault. Incorrect use invalidates the warranty on pushchairs.
I can't fold my collapsible stroller
Check for obstructions or damage as something might be preventing the stroller from folding.
For example an object left in the basket beneath the buggy, or even the buggy fabric itself. Make sure nothing is sticking out stopping the frame from moving.
The joints and catches may have stiffened or seized (especially if you store it outside). Lubricate the joints with WD 40 or a 3-in-1 spray silicone lubricant or a silicone-based furniture polish.
